User misunderstood message that trial period had ended and they uninstalled Drovio using Windows Apps and Features control panel applet. When trying to reinstall, it kept failing as it thought that Drovio was already installed. Solution was to use Regedit to trawl thru the registry and delete all keys relating to Drovio.
