A fix is available with version 3.3.2 🙌 let us know if you still experience any issue with that!

What's the resolution of your screen? What's the resolution of your colleague's screen? Does using the quality (set to HQ) and/or zoom feature help (available from the "..." on the client)?
Ralf Scheidhauer
Julien Lehuraux: we have the following scenario: the presenter has a 27 inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1440 px. The presenter has a scaling of 100%.
The watcher has a laptop screen with 1920x1080 px, but 125% scaling
When the watcher chooses "Original size" it looks as shown in the screenshot attached.
As you can also see in the screenshot the watcher has HQ enabled.

Additional remark (see attached screenshots): same setup for the presenter as above, but the watcher uses the same screen resolution (on an external monitor) as the presenter (2560x1440 px).
You can see a slight difference depending on whether 100% (looks better) or 125% (looks worse) scaling is used on the watchers side.

Ralf Scheidhauer: thank you so much for the detailed information, we'll look into that!

Ralf Scheidhauer: Hey Ralf, I've put a fix on our app to deal with this case.
Would you mind testing a pre-release package to verify that it actually solves the problem on your side?
Best
Ralf Scheidhauer
Benjamin Battin: Yes of course: how can I get access to the pre-release?
