I have the same issue when hosting a drovio session. Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V pastes nothing ~80% of the time. But I can always find it in the copy history of IntelliJ IDEA (if Ctrl+C was pressed while in that IDE).

Evaldas Ciakas: Have you tried disabling "Shared clipboard" in the Peferences panel, Screen Sharing tab? Does it then work 100%?
