We’re using the self-hosted version of Drovio and would like to suggest a couple of enhancements that would help with day-to-day admin and user support. Multiple Admin Accounts At present, it seems only one admin account can be used on the self-hosted setup. We've tried creating additional user accounts, but there’s no option to assign admin rights. This creates a risk, if the current admin account is locked out or credentials are lost, we have no fallback or alternative access to the admin interface. We’d like to request support for multiple admin accounts. This would allow more than one person to securely manage Drovio without relying on a single shared credential. Licence Usage Visibility for End Users It would also be helpful if users could see who is currently occupying a licence. That way, if someone is waiting for a licence and all are in use, they can identify and contact a user to ask if they can disconnect when finished, instead of chasing IT or admin teams to investigate manually. This would reduce interruptions and improve self-service among the team.
